Économie Circulaire, Économie de la Fonctionnalité – Nouveaux modèles et opportunités pour la logistique

L’économie circulaire implique de repenser la supply-chain, avec des nouveaux schémas de recyclage ou encore le suivi des composants d’un bien en vue du remanufacturing. Une autre piste intéressante est l’économie de la fonctionnalité, qui peut se définir comme la vente d’un usage ou service plutôt que celle d’un objet physique. Ces évolutions ouvrent de nouveaux champs d’activité, porteurs de valeur ajoutée, pour la logistique et la supply-chain.

Économie circulaire, logistique et BTP

22 septembre, Montoir de Bretagne
Organisée par CAPACITÉS et le PASCA en partenariat avec IDEA, cette soirée sera l’occasion de découvrir le rôle des acteurs de la logistique et du BTP dans la transition d’une économie linéaire à une économie circulaire, fondée sur l’optimisation de l’utilisation des ressources à chaque étape du cycle de vie des produits et la diminution des impacts environnementaux.

Mobilités et (R)évolutions numériques

7-9 novembre, Marne-la-Vallée
15e colloque du groupe Mobilités Spatiales Fluidité Sociale (MSFS), qui a pour objectif d’interroger les évolutions et mutations à l’œuvre dans le domaine des mobilités spatiales. Cette année, le colloque explorera de manière plus spécifique les relations entre déplacements (sans distinction a priori de temporalité et de distance), mobilité(s) et technologies numériques.

FREVUE-CIVITAS Capital ‘London Study Tour Electric Freight & Consolidation Centre’

7-8 September, London
The FREVUE-CIVITAS Study Tour will provide details on the implementation of electric freight vehicles and consolidation centres. London, Rotterdam and Copenhagen will present an update on their activities in this area, and preliminary results from the FREVUE project will be also discussed. A site visit to the Gnewt’s Consolidation Centre in Central London will complement the tour.

Deliver One – E-LOGISTICS

7-8 September, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg
Deliver One will be the largest gathering of supply chain decision makers among Europe’s largest e-retailers. It includes keynotes, workshops, one to one meetings, and the inauguration of ‘Deliver in Europe’. This platform, supported by the European Commission, will enable e-retailers to find the most suited e-Logistics operators for their needs across Europe (delivery, fulfillment and supply chain technology).

RESER 2016 What’s ahead in Service Research? – New perspectives for Business and Society

The RESER 2016 conference aims to capture frontier thinking in service research and to set a new research agenda to make sense of the full picture of economies and society as complex networks and systems of services. Scholars and practitioners of management, marketing, engineering, economics, sociology, geography, are invited to submit papers that explore and develop a multidisciplinary understanding of various service issues.

HEART 2016 – 5th symposium arranged by European Association for Research in Transportation (hEART)

14-16 September, Delft, The Netherlands
The symposium is an interdisciplinary research conference, covering all areas of transportation research, with a focus on quantitative methods and analysis of transport systems. The aim is to connect research in transport modelling, transport economics, and transport policy with advanced practice. Bringing together leading experts and promising young researchers, the symposium offers an opportunity for scientific discussion and interaction in relatively small groups.

CIVITAS FORUM 2016 – Shaping the mobility of tomorrow

28-30 September, Gdynia, Poland
CIVITAS is designed as a programme that allows cities to learn from each other and facilitate exchange of ideas. The three-days event will gather hundreds of CIVITAS stakeholders from around Europe, all of whom are devoted to the development of sustainable urban mobility in their cities.  The programme of the conference will offer a selection of collaborative workshops, state-of-the-art presentations and interesting site visits.

VREF Conference on Urban Freight 2016 : Plan for the future – sharing urban space 

17-19 October, Gothenburg, Sweden
The second international conference organised by the Urban Freight Platform will discuss the complexity of freight transport in urban areas with a focus on the need to share space both at the city and regional level. Topics will include:

  • sharing space for freight and passenger transport,
  • how we can plan for better use of space with cities becoming denser,

  • how we can change behaviour and achieve change

NOVELOG 2nd Workshop

The workshop will bring together stakeholders from Rome and other European cities, in order to present and discuss their experiences on solutions implemented, examine possibilities of transferability and solution adoption by other cities, identify current market trends in the logistics sector.
